Last V-day preparations

... of zoals ze het bij Victoria's Secret noemen - Bombshell day! (We moeten ze gelijk geven, wij hebben écht geen relatie of "Valentijnsdag" nodig om sexy te zijn.) Dating, bound of single - we hebben allemaal een reden om deze vrijdagavond speciaal te maken. Dus wie vandaag nog snel even 't stad in moet - zhe check list!

- 2 flessen Codorníu limited edition cava (Delhaize's Valentijnsactie!). Want deze twee zijn werkelijk te schattig om de rekken te laten staan. 

- Wanneer het best oké is om een zak Lays open te trekken op andere weekeinden, zijn Raffaello's (mijn lievelingspralines sinds ik wist wat pralines waren) en Ferrero Rochers vandaag beter toegewezen. Wie echt wanhopig is heeft in ieder geval iets ronds en kogelachtigs om tegen de romantische films op tv te gooien vanavond. 

- Pearls! Oorbellen (Amode), armband (Belis)

- Het lekkerste luchtje ooit (en dit zeg ik trouwens over elk exemplaar in mijn parfumverzameling) dat vandaag misschien nog net iets beter past dan anders - Amor Amor van Cacharel (A woman without perfume has no future! Wijze woorden van madame Chanel)
- Rood kant om je billen - voor hem wellicht het leukste in stand gehouden cliché... lingerie rouge. (H&M)

- Een kaartje (Want natúúrlijk zien jullie elkaar elke dag graag en hoeven jullie niet mee te doen met "al die commerce", maar een kaartje voor hem is wel zó lief. Tip: sla het rek sprekende (ja heus!) poëziekaarten op weemoedige muziek in de Standaard boekhandel liever over). (Hallmark)

- Een cadeautje - single ladies: treat yourself or your bestie! (Of mams, want zijn die niet gewoon onze allerbeste vriend?) (Chanel sunnies)

- Een tiara, want in zijn huisje woont een echte prinses (en daar moet hij soms aan herinnerd worden) én ze smaakt naar Champagne! (Claire's)

At Victoria's Secret they like to call it Bombshell day - and they are right again! (Let's be honest here, we really don't need a man or relationship to feel sexy!) Anyways, wether you are dating, bound or single there's a reason to make this Fridaynight different from the others. So if you're hitting the mall today, here is your checklist! 

- 2 bottles of Codorníu limited edition cava (Delhaize Valentine action!) as these babies are too cute to leave in the racks. 

- There's nothing wrong with stuffing yourself with Lays on an ordinary Friday night but this time Ferrero Rochers & Raffaello's are slightly more appropriate (and if you hate romance and the cheesy movies on the tv tonight you have something round and hard to throw at the screen.)

- Pearls! Earrings (Amode) Bracelet (Belis)

- Red lace around your bum... lingerie rouge might be a V-day cliché he's seriously supporting. (H&M)

- The most love-like perfume ever created: Amor Amor by Cacharel. (May I quote madame Chanel here? "A woman without perfume has no future!") 

- If you hate Valentine's day and all the "commercial" crap.... you might still want to go for a sweet card, just to show him you appreciate him. (Hallmark)

- A present! Single ladies: treat yourself or your bestie! (Or mom, as she's our bestie most of the time) (Chanel sunnies)

- A tiara. Listen up, there is no subtile way to remind him (or yourself) you're the princess! Have breakfast in bed, have champagne for breakfast, enjoy yourself!
